calcium and vitamin D to help improve your bone health and it also provides B-vitamins
to give you more energy throughout the day.

Lean Meat

As a general rule of thumb, you can eat fatty meats, provided that you consume them
only once a week.

Opt for lean meats if you want to eat protein throughout the week. Lean meats like fish,
grass-fed beef, and chicken can help you reach your daily protein requirements while
not feeling guilty in the process.
